Dance, community and well-being for women, in Montreal. The whole site, designed and hand-coded, freshly launched.
My projects
No mockups, no concepts: three websites live right now, each one built from scratch, from the first call to launch day.
A shop that reprograms engines for customers across Canada and the U.S. Full site in English, video hero, their Instagram reels built in, plus the transfer of their entire Google history from their old platform.
A tutoring service built around the Ministry exams, from grade school to university. Their old Wix site rebuilt from the ground up, in two languages, with a profile for every tutor and a quiz that points each parent to the right level.
A hypnotherapist who works with kids aged 3 to 12. A gentle site built for worried parents: her face first, her approach explained in plain words, and her free toolbox for families.
Free guides
What I learn building websites, I share here: getting found on Google, making your site better. Things you can do yourself tonight.
Your personalized guide
You leave me your website address and what you do. I look at your site and tell you which pages I'd suggest for it, and why. Free, and you owe me nothing after.
I make a few of these a week, by hand. I'll get back to you within a few days.
What's next
One guide a month, that's it. Leave me your email and I'll send one line when the next one is up. Nothing else, and you can tell me to stop whenever you want.
Your question
If you have a question about your website, your Google presence or being found online, send it to me. The best ones become next month's guide, free like the rest.
About
Computer engineering student by day. Evenings and weekends, I code websites for local businesses.
School gave me the fundamentals and the way of thinking. The rest I went and got myself: YouTube tutorials late at night, documentation, and hundreds of hours of trying, breaking, starting over until it worked. That's still how I learn: every site I ship forces me to figure out something new.
Before building websites, I was an infantry soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces reserve, from 2021 to 2025. That's not a footnote in my background: that's where I learned to deliver what I promised, at the time I promised it, even when it's boring, even when it's twenty below.
Same thing in my work today. When I tell someone their site is ready Friday, it's ready Friday.
I build my sites one at a time, by hand, for business owners across Canada. I work as a creator on HamacWeb: my clients get their own account on the platform, they request changes through a form, and I'm the one who makes them. They never touch a line of code.
The question I get all the time
Because I'm not paid for the site: the platform is. I'm a creator on HamacWeb, a web platform from here, and during its launch I have the honour of offering one or two free websites a week, under the HamacWeb name. The platform covers my design work; you just pay your plan.
And yes, I also take on projects on the other platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, GoHighLevel, whatever you want. Those ones, though, I charge my price for them. The free ones are my HamacWeb spots of the week.
A regular platform
Wix · Squarespace · GoDaddy · Shopify
A site built by a creator
HamacWeb
The whole system is built for that: never hire a guy every time something needs changing, and never spend your evenings fighting with an editor again. You write me what you want, it's done.
I'm not the one selling the platform: for everything about it, the pricing, what it does, go see their site. hamacweb.com
Contact
A question, plain curiosity, or you just want to talk through a project: take whichever suits you.
Option 1
For a question, some advice, or to start a conversation. I answer myself, usually the same day.
Or straight to: louisamede@louisthomasweb.com
Option 2
If you'd rather talk than write. You pick the time that works in my calendar, and I call you.
That opens my calendar. You pick, it's confirmed right away.

the new site I just finished
Dance, community and well-being for women, in Montreal. Designed and hand-coded, down to the last pixel. And it is freshly live.
